This app is useless!

I tried setting up account-app just spun and spun. I thought, "Maybe it just had a glitch in sending me a confirmation." Tried logging in. It refused me. Oh, well. Tried setting up account again. App said my email was already used. Tried resetting password. App just spun and spun. Useless!

Im using an iPhone SE with the latest OS.
